29- 1st Annual Mariners Music Festival. Local original music with performances by Tom & Kate with Pete Jackson, Frances & Sarah, Sall Gibson, Joshua Comeau and more. Mariner's Park 4:00pm - 9:00pm. All ages, free show.

22- 3rd Annual Mount Hays QuickClimb. Start your climb between 8:30am and 10:00am. All climbers must be checked in by 9:45. To register visit www.quickclimb.ca . You may participate individually or as a team. New this year: the QuickClimb Half: Approximately 2.5 kms. QuickClimb full: same as previous years. Approximately 6 kms. 

Different ways to get involved: -participate individually or as a team and raise funds. Volunteers are needed to do a variety of tasks for the Quickclimb like pre-clean up, timekeepers, registration, and cheerleaders. Sponsor or donate. 2 & 3- Tsimpsean Lodge #58 will be holding their 100th anniversary celebrations in Prince Rupert.
